SA Studios was commissioned by Twentieth Century Fox to produce videos promoting the film “Machete” starring Danny Trejo. The first lifestyle video features Mister Cartoon and Danny Trejo lowriding through East LA. This video, directed by Estevan Oriol, begins the series. Cartoon and Estevan have long been friends of DUB since the early days, great to see them put together this killer homage to lowriding.

Admit it you’ve been in line to buy your lottery tickets with dreams of a lavish jet-set lifestyle with the fancy cars and multiple dream homes across the globe. But unfortunately the reality is that those dreams rarely come true and those tickets end up in the trash. This is where the artistic duo known as Ghost of a Dream come in. Two artists from the Rhode Island School of Design took discarded lottery tickets and created works of art that represent the things we imagine could happen with that ‘one’ golden ticket. They’ve created cars and lux homes using nothing but said loser tickets. The Hummer H3 pictured above for example was made using $39,000 worth of lottery tickets. They didn’t stop there. They also created a lavish home that featured a chandelier, antique clock and mirror, even a china closet. All this was made using $70,000 worth of lottery tickets. The goal was to make people aware of what could have been purchased had they just saved the money instead of contributing to their local landfills.
