These are renderings by artist Michael Leonard of the Plymouth Road Runner. The artist drew his inspiration from the cars of the early 1970’s in terms of their muscle and heritage. The vehicle represents a blend of old and new and features tinted front headlights, a huge front grille and scoops on a bonnet. The car sits on 20-inch wheels in front and 2-inch wheels at the back. The tailights are also similar to the front lights in that they are only visible when they’re turned on. There is also a low roof line and wide wheel arches giving the car a true muscle car look. Its designs like this that make it disappointing to know that Plymouth isn’t around anymore to make this concept a potential reality.
