Lamborghini Factory to be Featured on Nat Geo ‘Ultimate Factories’
National Geographic will be covering Ultimate Factories throughout the world, with the first stop the Lambo factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. The shop is responsible for building the fastest Lambo ever: the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce that sits like a king among kings on the supercar throne. This ultra exotic sprints from 0 to 62 mph in only 3.2 seconds, topping out at 212 miles per hour. Only 350 examples will be produced at a cost of $450,000. The SuperVeloce is built almost entirely by hand and we’ll all have an amazing opportunity to see how the engine and body are manufactured, the panels are painted and everything gets assembled. A total of 2.7 custom-built vehicles come out of the factory each day. Don’t forget to tune in tomorrow night, October 1st, at 8pm ET/PT to see Ultimate Factories featuring the Lamborghini factory and their fabulous Murcielago LP670-4 SV.
