Veritas RS III Roadster

The Veritas name is back after a short but storied history. The West Germany race car company got its start tuning BMW 238 models after WWII and competing them in FIA World Championships. However, by the early-’50s, the company disappeared from the scene due to lack of funding. Back in 2001, Vermot AG resurrected the Veritas name and its classic styling with the introduction of their Veritas RS III concept car. Now the company will be entering their concept into production for a price of $516,016, with initial customers getting their cars as early as January 2010. In total, 30 cars will be produced by the small 15 person staff in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf, who will work painstakingly on each vehicle for around 8 weeks. Check out the full gallery at dubmag.net.
