Brembo’s experience in engineering brakes for race cars has led to the launch of the exclusive GT-R line which was designed for the driver who demands exceptional performance for both the street and the track. The calipers are machined entirely from billet and are also nickel-plated, providing both the look and benefits of a true racing brake system: more stiffness, lighter weight and thermo-mechanical resistance. The two-piece floating rotors reduce unsprung weight and dissipate heat faster as well. Brembo is already taking orders on a select number of applications such as, but not limited to, Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, Corvette and Camaro.
