Here is a preview of Aston Martin’s new luxury minicar, the Toyota iQ-based Cygnet. The team at Aston Martin took the Toyota iQ and added all their familiar styling—grille, air-vents, etc. Exterior styling features pop-up handles, new front and rear bumpers, head and tail lights, and multispoke alloy wheels. Aside from premium materials, the inside retains the iQ’s basic architecture and design. No engine details are available as of late, but it is believed that the iQ’s 1.33-liter petrol engine will be used in the Cygnet as well.
